SERALENE Overlocking Sewing Thread: Ideal for Particularly Fine Serging Seams

SERALENE is a speciality overlocking sewing thread that is known for its excellent and trouble-free sewability. It is perfect for creating filigree and nearly invisible seams on light fabrics. SERALENE can be used as both the needle and looper thread for high-quality overlocking, blind-stitching, and trimming. It is also perfect for embroidering monograms and fine details.

SERALENE is made from 100% polyester and is shrink-free and easy-care. It comes in a variety of colours to match any project.

Here are some tips for using SERALENE overlocking sewing thread:
- Use a universal overlocking needle in size 80 / 12 or 90 / 14.
- Use a slightly shorter stitch length than you would for a conventional overlocking thread.
- Use a slightly looser thread tension than you would for a conventional overlocking thread.
- If you are using SERALENE overlocking sewing thread in the looper, be sure to use a sewing machine needle that is specifically designed for overlocking thread.
- If you are having trouble sewing with SERALENE overlocking sewing thread, try using a Teflon presser foot to prevent the thread from sticking to the needle plate.
