SERAFLOCK Overlocking Thread: Ideal for Elastic Fabrics

SERAFLOCK is a bulk overlocking thread that is ideal for elastic, knitted, and woven fabrics. It is perfect for serging and closing seams, including wool and elastic seams in knitted fabrics such as underwear, gym wear, and swimwear. SERAFLOCK is also great for edge covering, even on materials that fray easily.

SERAFLOCK is made from 100% polyester and has a bulky thread structure that is predestined for overlocking. It can be processed without any problems even on the most sophisticated multi-function overlock machines. SERAFLOCK is also non-shrink and easy-care.

Here are some tips for using SERAFLOCK overlocking thread:
- Use a universal overlocking needle in size 80 / 12 or 90 / 14.
- Use a slightly shorter stitch length than you would for a conventional overlocking thread.
- Use a slightly looser thread tension than you would for a conventional overlocking thread.
- If you are using SERAFLOCK overlocking sewing thread in the looper, be sure to use a sewing machine needle that is specifically designed for an overlocking thread.
- If you are having trouble sewing with SERAFLOCK overlocking sewing thread, try using a Teflon presser foot to prevent the thread from sticking to the needle plate.
